In case it rains on the day of your photo shoot, we will reschedule the shoot for a sunny day, free of charge.

We service the Los Angeles County primarily in the San Gabriel / San Fernando valley areas (Pasadena, Arcadia, Monrovia, Duarte, Azusa, San Gabriel, Glendale, Burbank, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Studio City, Encino, Van Nuys, Northridge, El Monte, Baldwin Park, Temple City, Covina, West Covina, La Puente, Montebello, Montery Park and more). If your city is not listed but in Los Angeles County, contact us to see if we can cover the shoot.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s really easy! 

  1. Book the day and time of the photo shoot in the above form
  2. Make sure to include the complete address (City, State, Zip)
  3. Include your contact information (email, phone, name)
  4. Pay and book the time slot via Stripe secure ordering. This will black out that time so no one else will be able to book that time slot.
  5. We will reach out within 24 hrs to confirm the slot and go over any special instructions you may have included.
  6. Photo shoot day, we show up take the pictures and within 24 hrs, will send the photos to your email on file. The main shots (one of each room) will get a free retouching, to give you the best possible end product. 
  7. Now you can upload your photos to whatever real estate listing website you use.

As long as we get 24 hr. notice of the cancellation, we will allow you to reschedule free of charge. If you cancel  later than that, we will charge an cancellation fee of $25, which can either be taken from your refund or added to your next rescheduled photo shoot. 

NO. All staging and cleaning is completely in the hands of the homeowner. Our photographers are ONLY there to take pictures, please advise your homeowners.

At this time we DO NOT upload photos for clients. The client will be responsible for any uploading to real estate listing websites. (i.e. Zillow, AirBnb, VRBO, Redfin,, etc)
