If the product arrived damaged or deemed defective as a result of our production error, we will send you a reprint of the product with your original artwork or provide a credit to you for future purchase. Please contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping label within 15 days from your purchase date. We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization number and require that you email us a photo of the defective product.
